Ten students completed their first internship in the Quality Assurance Device program at the Kyiv Aviation Institute. During the program, the students gained practical skills and experience in testing electronic devices.
The program took place as part of the Ajax Next initiative, based on the KAI-Ajax LAB. Ajax Systems opened the space together with the Kyiv Aviation Institute to provide students with the necessary equipment to develop innovative electronics solutions.
The students completed the QA Device internship based on the principle of problem-based learning, where they solved real cases in a limited time. The participants had the opportunity to test various devices, from LED lamps to irons, Bluetooth speakers, and hair dryers. They also developed test plans, implemented test cases, and prepared supporting documentation.
Company mentors shared their expertise and knowledge with the trainees and provided feedback and assistance throughout the training. To familiarize the participants with the product assembly process, the Ajax Systems team took students on a tour of the pre-series production of Ajax Systems. KAI-Ajax LAB teachers provided theoretical training in physics, electronics, and testing.
