And now, Ajax devices have been certified, which enables INCERT installers to work with Ajax devices.

What is INCERT certification

INCERT is a Belgian organization in control of the INCERT mark and various certification schemes in the security industry. Given Belgium’s status as a gateway to Europe and its central role in its commerce and business, international companies are eager to obtain INCERT certification for their products and services.

Laboratory tests: The device undergoes numerous stringent assessments to evaluate its performance, durability, and sabotage resistance. Performance assessment includes measuring battery life, testing tamper reaction speed, communication reliability, and response time. Such tests also involve applying scenarios that simulate real-life usage.

Documentation review: User manuals, technical specifications, and installation guides must be comprehensible and accurate, ensuring an INCERT-certified installer can effortlessly install and configure the security devices.

Compliance verification: At this stage, INCERT experts compare the test results and documentation against their established security standards.

The final decision: After successfully completing the INCERT testing, a device that meets all security standard requirements is granted the certificate.
